We're growing quickly and looking for a driven
Sales Account Manager
who can help us bring in new customers, build strong relationships, and expand our manpower services across multiple industries.
The Role
As a
Sales Account Manager
, you'll play a key role in growing T Dot Automation's client base and revenue. You'll identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to provide the right technical talent for each project.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
sales, networking, and building partnerships
within the
automation, robotics, and industrial workforce
space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new customers who require automation, integration, or general manpower support.
Expand business opportunities beyond automotive into
Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Packaging, and General Manufacturing
sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
System Integrators, Tier 1 Suppliers, OEMs, and End Users
.
Promote T Dot Automation's services, including
robot programming, PLC/controls programming, skilled trades, and general labor support
.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align customer needs with available resources.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events to represent the company.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in
sales, account management, or business development
(experience in
automation, industrial staffing, or manufacturing
preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Understanding of
industrial automation, controls, or skilled trades services
is a strong asset.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when needed.
