This position is ideal for someone who has a great attitude, exceptional customer support skills, and technical skills, preferably in commercial or a related discipline, and is a team player. This person will be an integral part of the team, providing technical support and know-how to other CSRs in the office.Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from sales team members and customers.
• Oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of the house
• Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
• Ensure the store maintains visual merchandising standards
• Effectively manage quality and technical issues and order stock in line with sales projection
• Manage store rosters to ensure labor costs are kept within the budgeted forecast, effective planning of staff, and ensure staff numbers are in-line with store trade patterns
• Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
• Prepare sales and retail-related reports

• Strong technical and customer service experience
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of security products and/ or construction or commercial projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using a CRM and POS system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, self-starter with a xe2x80x9ccan-doxe2x80x9d attitude
• Team player
• Experience in Security Solutions or the alarm system is an asset
• Must have a valid driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license and own vehicle
