Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to enhance competitiveness and profitability.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of quotations, correspondence, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Client Engagement: Engage with clients to clarify technical requirements, address inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the quotation process. Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the quotation workflow. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardization initiatives.What you will bring:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Cost Professional) is a plus.Proven experience in technical sales, quotations, or procurement within the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of industrial equipment and services.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and contractual documents.Proficiency in cost estimation techniques, pricing models, and financial analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients and suppliers.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with quotation software or ERP systems is preferred.Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and market trends in the oil and gas sector.Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.Please note: This position requires the result of a satisfactory criminal record check.
