Scoop Solar is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Solutions Project Manager (TSPM) to join our growing solar and renewable professional services team. The TSPM will gain detailed knowledge of our world class SCOOP\xc2\xae Project Management and Automation platform (mPMA), GLOO\xe2\x84\xa2 Cloud Integration Platform (iPaaS) and advanced LOOXY\xe2\x84\xa2 Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI) service- as well as our target industries (Solar, Wind, EV, Battery Storage etc.) The successful candidate will take a leading role in customer requirements gathering, consulting and managing the development team to implement, validate and deliver customer technical solutions using the Scoop Robotix technology platforms & stack of professional services. Scoop Robotix is a rapidly expanding organization at the intersection of highly coveted technology and renewable industries and as such this position offers multiple avenues leading to expansion of skills and future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities
- Gather, document and verify customer solution requirements using detailed meeting notes, checklists & intake forms.
- Plan and manage agile projects to implement, test and deliver customer technical solutions with the development team.
- Demonstrate completed solutions to customers to get feedback, implement changes and receive final signoff.
- Analyze existing customer accounts and outreach them with improvement and upsell opportunities.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of standard processes, best practices and checklist-driven templates for improving the delivery of technical solutions.
- A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Technically savvy, comfortable with a variety of business SaaS tools with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
- 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in direct hands-on B2B software project management and solution implementation experience.
- At least 2-3 years general coding experience, experience with scripting languages such as Javascript or similar and ideally API integration coding experience.
- Great at organizing and creating clean, concise lists of ideas and project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct effective online customer facing meetings, demos and training sessions.
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills and ability to improvise solutions to customer problems on the fly.
- Bonus: familiarity with the solar and renewable energy industry or similar industrial field-oriented sector.
