We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ottawa.

What will you be doing? / Vos responsabilites

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with contractual obligations or internal objectives. Gerer plusieurs projets en assurant leur livraison reussie conformement aux obligations contractuelles ou aux objectifs internes. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, critical paths, and resource allocation. Elaborer et maintenir des plans de projet complets couvrant la portee, les echeanciers, les chemins critiques et l'allocation des ressources. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during program development. Agir en tant que principal contact technique pour les clients pendant le developpement des programmes. Collaborate with subject matter experts, senior management, and engineering teams to ensure budget, timelines, and requirements are met. Collaborer avec des experts en la matiere, la haute direction et les equipes d'ingenierie pour respecter le budget, les delais et les exigences. Prepare project management bids and coordinate inputs from engineering. Preparer les offres de gestion de projet et coordonner les contributions des equipes d'ingenierie. Support scheduling, cost estimation, and performance tracking (e.g., earned value metrics). What do we need from you? / Profil recherche

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field; Military experience or equivalent. Diplome universitaire en aerospatiale, en ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe ; experience militaire ou equivalente. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince2, etc.) Certification en gestion de projet (PMP, Prince2, etc.) Experience in an electro-mechanical engineering product environment. Experience dans un environnement de produits electromecaniques. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000 and/or AS9100 standards. Connaissance des normes ISO 9001:2000 et/ou AS9100. Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward. Capacite a gerer l'ambiguite et a faire avancer les projets. Willingness to travel 10-15%. Disposition a voyager de 10 a 15 % du temps. Bilingualism in English and French is required for this role. La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste.
