Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop and build the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.We are growing and hiring a Technical Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department. Responsibilities include:\xc2\xb7 Develop the current vendors and manage the supplier relationship.\xc2\xb7 Perform supplier evaluation with stakeholders to ensure supplier process, quality & capability meet company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.\xc2\xb7 Revise basic technical specs of the product.\xc2\xb7 Conduct internal analysis to optimize costs and determine the new potential saving opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Expand our suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 network to better fulfil our needs in alignment with our engineering and quality team.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate new supply contracts, ensuring alignment with the internal requirements.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities and manage all necessary documentations as RFQ, PR, PO.\xc2\xb7 Follow up with operations team for changes in production plan.\xc2\xb7 Prepare TA or supply plan with vendors.\xc2\xb7 Attend local and international trade shows relative to the material category.\xc2\xb7 Complete other duties, as assigned.Skills and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Degree or a Diploma in Technology (Mechanical or Mechatronics)\xc2\xb7 Experience reading technical data sheets and engineering drawings.\xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP system preferably SAP & SAGE.\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation / presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Experience in a manufacturing environment.\xc2\xb7 Experience developing and implementing supplier relationship.\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of supply chain cycles.\xc2\xb7 APICS or other supply chain certification or working towards one.\xc2\xb7 Efficient time management and prioritization skill.Annual Salary: $80,000 to $95,000.Why Work for Greenlight Innovation?\xc2\xb7 Canada\'s top 500 fastest-growing companies.\xc2\xb7 Flexible work hours.\xc2\xb7 A premium benefits package including dental, extended health and Employee and Family Assistance Program.\xc2\xb7 Company-sponsored days-off.\xc2\xb7 Living our value on sustainability by transit-accessible facilities and ethically sourced coffee, sustainable tea, a variation of milk and milk alternatives and snacks on-site.We are diverse, inclusive and seek to create an environment where every individual can achieve their goal.
