We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Technical Operations Coordinator to support our client's electronics manufacturing facility. This role provides cross-departmental coordination, ensures projects and production activities stay on track, and assists with technical documentation -- including editing manuals and maintaining records in line with ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, technical aptitude, and strong organizational skills. You'll act as a liaison across engineering, production, quality, and other teams, helping to track tasks, follow up on action items, and keep initiatives moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Support & Coordination

Coordinate and track work orders, production schedules, and related activities to ensure progress and timely completion. Assist with production planning and resource tracking, following up with departments to keep priorities aligned. Support management by gathering and organizing operational data, reports, and project updates.

Technical & Documentation Support

Maintain, update, and edit technical documentation and manuals in compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures. Support document control and paperless systems initiatives. Assist with Product Change Requests/Notices (PCR/PCN) by coordinating inputs, distributing updates, and maintaining records.

Facilities & Project Coordination

Support building and facility-related projects such as renovations, layout changes, and equipment installations. Coordinate communications between departments, vendors, and contractors to keep tasks on schedule. Track project milestones and prepare updates for management review.

Cross-Departmental Communication

Act as a liaison across engineering, production, quality, and other teams to follow up on tasks and maintain project momentum. Research and gather information to assist teams with technical inquiries or operational decisions. Help prioritize and organize departmental requests to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical experience). Background or familiarity with electronics manufacturing or engineering environments. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP systems, and digital document management tools. Working knowledge of ISO standards and documentation processes preferred. Technical aptitude and interest in learning manufacturing and electronics processes. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others across all levels and departments.
