Maintenance Window Cut-Over SR HUB
Provide on-site monitoring and troubleshooting support for assigned special events.
Software Maint. Window preparation and pre-check, run scripts, reboot router, post checks.
Router SR turn-up for Migration Large Brownfield SR HUB
Migration MoP preparation
Network Integration (Staging or Field) & validation
ATP Creation and approval

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
(1.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
