Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent degree in information technology, Computer networks & communication or a similar field.
Any certification & working experience related to Networking and VoIP telephony is an asset

Responsibilities:
User administration, updates record and administers various Unified Communications systems, i.e. Nortel PBX, Avaya UC, Cisco Call Manager, Avaya Messaging system, Cisco Unity etc.
Assists with miscellaneous Moves, Adds and Changes in Telecommunication systems.
Network & Telecom equipment storage and inventory management
Active member of Telecommunications team for the daily administration of Unified Communications.
Using ITSM system, user ticket/request fulfillment and promptly deals with miscellaneous system/users\' troubles with taking direction from the Team lead and SME.
Schedule:
Every weekday (9am - 5pm), some evening/weekend work may require
