As a Technical Consultant, you will directly interact with our partners and customers ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching and consulting services, as well as acting as a client advocate to resolve issues, and to improve process and the application.

What you will do:

  • Become highly proficient with using Acumatica's product suite.
  • Perform complex troubleshooting and provide development assistance to the Acumatica Developer Community as they create customized uses for Acumatica products and services.
  • Work with development partners on architecture and code reviews
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to discuss issues and resolutions Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of developer support.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles for repetitive issues.
  • Act as point of escalation for technical questions including internal and external department inquiries to facilitate the rapid deployment of customers' applications.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
  • Manage resolution of complex issues including documentation, escalation and system testing.
  • Identify trending issues for partners and customers that may require escalation.
  • Create and present internal content for team education and training purposes.
  • Participate in Developer Community self-help forums
You:
  • 1+ years of experience in building commercial business applications using Microsoft technologies (Net, C# and MS-SQL)
  • 3+ years as a Software Engineer/Software Engineer in Test
  • 5+ years of experience in senior technical customer support, with one year as a developer or
  • You have Strong knowledge of C# and experience in writing, profiling and optimization of complex queries
  • You have a willingness to work directly with customers to investigate, troubleshoot and triage complex, code-related technical issues, gather product feedback, and solve problems
  • You have experience in teamwork with version control systems (preferably Git)
  • You have had exposure to complex business solutions (ideally ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM, or other business management software).
  • You have strong knowledge of the principles, patterns, and design of complex software systems, and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • You enjoy collaborating with, learning from, and teaching others (including across disciplines) so we all become better.
  • You have strong Linux and Windows system administrative skills, web-based applications development and HTTP
  • You have knowledge of web services, SDKs, REST and SOAP APIs
  • You have the ability to understand new and popular programming languages as more developers use them to create integrations
