• Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of changes in the ERP system, collaborating closely with business users through a structured change management process.
• Create comprehensive systems and applications documentation.
• Implement and uphold security procedures and tools to ensure security measures.
• Diagnose system issues and efficiently coordinate hardware or software solutions.
• Act as the point of contact during troubleshooting and outages.

• Test upgrades and releases to guarantee optimal performance.
• Report to and collaborate with the functional, Project manager Consultant and business process owners for streamlined task and project management.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Monitor system performance and execute necessary maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft ERP solutions with 3-5 years of Microsoft Business Central, NAV and/or LS Retail, and technical experience with knowledge of Account Receivables, Account Payables modules and manufacturing a plus.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• Development experience and proficient in tasks such as, analyzing log files, setting up system workflows, creating reports and adding fields.
• Experience with installing and upgrading the Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
