CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Degree/Certifications Required: Undergrad is great
Years of experience: 4 to 5 years
Reason for request/why opened: volumes
% Interaction with Stakeholders: high amount- early talent , meeting with senior leaders, presentations.
Project Scope: Early talent acquisition (primarily).
Team Size: 16 people
Personality Style/Team Culture: Strong energy, ability to engage with students. Need to comfortable engaging with students/potential talent. Strong team culture, confident communicator.
Selling Points of Position: P&T is growing the early talent program. This program will be a pipeline into roles for TD. Very high focus on this program, opportunities to present to leadership.
Best Vs Average Candidate:
Technical recruitment exp would be great (strong preferred). Recruiting for a high amount of technical roles.
Someone who can do reporting. Ability to demonstrate the ROI from an event and communicate the data.
Strong communicator

How will performance be measured: deliverables, ability to manage during peak seasons (need to have strong attention to detail). Ability to manage high volumes , strong relationship mgmt, attention to detail.

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake calls with the business, understanding business upcoming hiring needs
Performance calibration for talent completing their term, presenting data to the business
Planning for on campus events
Sept- mainly on campus meeting with students. Will then be screening resumes, putting together a resume book for the business.
Scheduling interviews for the business.
