Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and mentor a team of technicians in the shop Schedule and perform maintenance and repairs on a fleet of school buses Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues Generate and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards Monitor shop performance and implement improvements Ensure adherence to Ontario Ministry of Transportation regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications:



Valid

310T Truck & Coach Technician License

Valid Ontario

Driver's License

; willingness to obtain a

Class B license

(we provide training)

Experience

in diesel or automotive maintenance and repair Previous experience in a

lead technician or supervisory role

preferred Must possess a complete mechanic's tool set Willingness to participate in ASE certification program (training and bonuses provided) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
