Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including food handling, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests.
Skills
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks during busy periods.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
