Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the work culture. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
