Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and promote menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic skills in food preparation and handling are advantageous. Experience with cashiering or point-of-sale systems is beneficial. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent service.
