Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Prepare food items according to established recipes and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Participate in training sessions to improve skills in time management and food preparation techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when needed. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of work. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
