Position Overview

As a Team Member, you'll be part of the crew that keeps Jam's running smoothly every day. You'll greet guests, take orders, help prepare food, and make sure everything stays clean and organized. It's a great opportunity to gain experience, build your confidence, and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You'll be Doing

Taking customer orders with a friendly smile Preparing burgers, fries, milkshakes, and other sweet treats Keeping your work area clean and organized Restocking ingredients and supplies during your shift Working at the cash register or kitchen (you'll get trained on both!) Helping out with dishes, cleaning, or restocking as needed Being a team player and jumping in wherever help is needed

What It's Like to Work Here

Jam's is a fast-moving place, and we work hard as a team to keep things running smoothly. You'll be on your feet, moving around a lot, and working in a kitchen that can get hot. Since it's a walk-up style restaurant, you might be outside or near the window during your shift--even in the sun or rain.
