Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
