Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties
-provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
-operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
-prepare food items according to Tim Hortons standards while adhering to health and safety standards
-maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
-engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
-work with other team members to ensure smooth operations
-complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Experience
-previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required
-basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
-strong time management skills
-ability to work in a fast paced environment
-ability to multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
