Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals during peak hours in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting. Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling techniques and storage practices.

Qualifications

CPR and Food Handlers certificated a requirement. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated in completing assigned tasks.
