As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout all food handling processes. Assist in serving food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Familiarity with cashiering duties and handling POS systems is advantageous. Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
