Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
