You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain cash handling procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
