Job Overview

As a Skilled Laborer, you will work both independently and as part of a team to support project delivery, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety on-site. This role reports directly to the Team Lead / Foreman.

Duties

Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair tasks Set up and dismantle work areas Operate power and hand tools safely Load and unload materials Maintain cleanliness of worksite Follow all safety rules and regulations Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in skilled labor or related field preferred Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques Concrete experience is an asset Mechanically inclined Ability to operate power and hand tools Strong physical stamina and ability to work in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid Class 3 driver's license is an asset; reliable transportation is essential
