We are now expanding and looking for skilled cooks and/or baristas to join our team! This position will report to our management team for the very first Edmonton location located off of Whyte Ave. We are a modern, unique souffle pancake and dessert cafe that is built by a passionate and caring team committed to serving the community and building relationships.

Team Member Job Requirements

Provide excellent customer service.

Welcome and connect with every customer.

Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.

Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Cleaning all utensils, kitchen and working tables as needed.

Maintain quality store operations.

Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.

Follow standards for stocking, rotating and storing products (FIFO).

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.

Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.

Follow store dress code when necessary.

Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Report to management for any and all situations that occur.

$15.00+ per hour.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
