Job description:

We are currently looking for a Team Leader - ERP for our client, located on the North Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, full remote position (however, you must reside in Quebec) - salary between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience.

Your missions:

o Collaborate with clients to document and validate their needs, direct them to the solution's

• solution's functionalities and configure/customize the application and the
• ERP processes

o Perform and evaluate system configurations such as inventory management

• production and scheduling, operations, sales and other systems related to
• related to manufacturing activities

o Develop operational and technical specifications and documentation related to the

• solution

o Provide advice and assistance to stakeholders and act as a resource for certain technical

• technical needs while contributing to a comprehensive, real-time understanding of the
• real-time understanding of operations in offices, plants and warehouses
• and warehouses

o Contribute to the solutions/best practices inventory and knowledge sharing activities and

• activities and participate in business expert programs

o Act as the lead for the ERP improvement development process by

• Conducting all stages: research, introduction, requirements gathering
• documentation, solution design, configuration, training and deployment

o Coordinate the collection of business requirements, understand, analyze and transform them into

• requirements, configurations and/or specifications of the ERP application

o Develop and document business processes
o Relate business needs to the features and functions of the existing ERP system

• responsible for providing a comprehensive ERP business solution from the existing ERP system
• ERP system (e.g. D365 Finance and Operations)

o Conduct testing and manage all aspects of user validation testing

• for the proposed solutions

o Plan deployment and training activities in order to fully integrate a new solution with

• a new solution into manufacturing operations

o Provide leadership and support to the team
o Promote teamwork and collaboration on a daily basis

Profile description:

o Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
o 4-6 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, Deployment
o consultant or equivalent
o Experience in ERP system deployment
o In-depth knowledge of key ERP business cycles, including

• Order to Cash, Procurement to Payment, Accounting Reporting, Order Management and Production Planning cycles

o ERP project management expertise is an asset
o Experience in a manufacturing environment, an asset
o Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central, preferred; or strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc
o Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with various partners at all levels of the

• all levels of the company

o Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced

• environment in constant evolution

o Good interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, in French and English
