• You hold a permanent full-time position (Must be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary).

• You foster an engaging work environment through efficient employee management.
• You encourage accountability in your team.
• You recruit, onboard, train, supervise and motivate your employees, and evaluate their performance in collaboration with the Centre Director.
• You analyze and improve key performance indicators.
• You are a multi-skilled employee who can act as a substitute for some clinical positions.
