As Team Leader Web Development you will be leading a full development team, Developer, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and architect claims assistance web solutions for Global Excel Management and its Affiliates. This position is verse in software architecture, problem analysis, planning, and is a technology watchguard to rocket our solutions.

What are the main responsibilities?

• Become a Role Model: Motivate and inspire team members.
• Keep the team focused and on track.
• Coach and help develop team members. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
• Participate in the improvement of the customer experience through development of web solution that are efficient and secure.
• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Team to spark innovation.
• Plan, execute, and manage resources and implementation of solution.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• University Degree in a technical/management discipline or equivalent experience
• 10 + years of related work experience, 3-5 years in a leadership position
• Knowledge of BA, QA and Dev best practice. Keep current with the best practice as they apply to our organization.
• Knowledge of business needs. This requires being involved in some of the key business and system changes.
• Knowledge of browser-based software development
• Knowledge of Mobile app development and deployment
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of tools (ie Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Visio\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, able to negotiate and motivate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinker.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.
• Service oriented, Quick learner, Goal setter
• Budget minded.

• Knowledge of C# and Azure an Asset
• The candidate would need to write and speak a very good English (4/5)
• Knowledge of French and Spanish is considered as an assent.
