you will support the Management Team in running shifts, leading by example and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality and shop cleanliness. You will motivate and guide team to create a welcoming and efficient working environment while meeting business targets.

Lead and motivate team during shifts

support stock management and daily operations
maintain shop cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
assist in training and developing team members
Requirements:
previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (hospitality/food service preferred)
strong leadership and communication skills
passion for food quality and customer service
ability to work in a fast paced environment
flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends
