We are currently seeking a Cross Border Operations Team

to join our team in Surrey, BC.

In this role, you will provide hands-on, proactive leadership to employees and delivery partners involved in the daily movement and handling of LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and be committed to maintaining operational excellence, safety, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day cross-border shipment flow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of freight Support team members and delivery partners to meet performance and service goals Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment issues and optimize workflow Act as a key point of contact for cross-border operations, fostering communication between Canadian and U.S. teams Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-first workplace culture Improve/reduce operational costs.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a transportation or logistics environment Solid understanding of LTL operations and cross-border freight processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive setting Knowledge of customs and border documentation is an asset
