The Team Lead, Supply Chain is responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure efficient and accurate execution of coordination tasks across the Procurement - RCD team. This role acts as a key liaison between the Supply Chain team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with departmental processes, timelines, and service delivery.
Oversee the execution of procurement documentation in our systems
Ensure timely and accurate processing of suppliers through 3PI and other information portals
Supervise the receipt and processing of invoices to support timely invoice matching and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain oversight of Supply Chain document processes and ensure team adherence.
Ensure quality control of tailored documents and the accurate packaging and delivery of complete contracts to Procurement Specialists
Review and improve document workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Supply Chain Coordinators by managing task allocation and workloads, monitoring performance, offering regular feedback and development opportunities, and serving as the escalation point for complex or high-priority issues
Completed post-secondary education in business or related field.
7 years of Supply Chain Management experience in an industrial/ manufacturing/ construction environment.
Previous people-leader experience is considered an asset.
