What\xe2\x80\x99s the ask?

Reporting to the Director, Personal Insurance this position will be responsible for providing coaching and day to day guidance to the Account Managers. With the support of the Personal Insurance leadership, you will be a \xe2\x80\x9cgo to\xe2\x80\x9d for the Account Managers, supporting with client escalations and assist in implementing processes. You may also assist with the servicing of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and coaching for personal lines employees, point of contact for client escalations
• Assist in implementing processes that will help employees apply training received
• Become subject matter experts in workflows and company portals
• Liaison with industry vendors, research and provide recommendations

What does it take?

• At least 3 years experience in insurance and/or customer service
• RIBO licensed
• Proven success with coaching
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Epic an asset
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines
• This position is subject to appropriate background checks that may include credential, employment, credit, criminal and reference checks.
