As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you\'re a collaborative leader with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You\'ll flex your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise and general insurance knowledge to fulfill our clients\' needs.

• A detailed and concise communicator
• A minimum of 5 years\' insurance experience in Personal Lines
• Level 2 license with preference for a CAIB designation

• Uncover clients\' business challenges, acting as a client advocate by identifying their needs and providing coverage recommendations
• Foster new business opportunities and actively manage a book of business while meeting sales targets
• Demonstrate quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
• Collaborate with co-workers and managers to develop positive and effective office procedures
