What\xe2\x80\x99s the ask?

Reporting to the Manager, Private Client you will work closely with the Team Lead and Relationship Managers to supporting servicing of the Private Client book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to provide support on renewals, new business, proposals, follow ups, binders, slips, cancellations, scanning and other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Prioritize work based on request type, through proper management of inbox and follow up queue, with special attention paid to timelines.
• Processing transactions required for different policies for billing purposes.
• Key attention to detail when reviewing policies for accuracy.
• Entering data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal.
• Organize the flow of work and provide support to Relationship Managers.

What does it take?

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years personal lines insurance experience.
• RIBO license is preferred or ability to obtain.
• Customer-centric, friendly and professional at all times.
• Exceptional organization skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
• Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essential.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Previous experience with Epic (Applied) is an asset.
• CIP, CAIB, CRM (or working towards designation) would be an asset.
• This position is subject to appropriate background checks that may include credential, employment, credit, criminal and reference checks.
