This position reports to the Manager and oversees one full-time positions as well as up to 20 part-time contracted workers.PositionThe Team Lead oversees operations at the central ONEcard Service Centre while also managing satellite centres across multiple campuses through agreements with partners such as the Students\' Union and Augustana Campus. This position is responsible for leading the front-line operation of the InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre, while ensuring front-line customer service for students, staff, alumni and visitors as part of the Campus Services portfolio.The Team Lead provides leadership and supervision to a team of support staff. Assists team members in understanding assigned roles and performance objectives. Strives to build a collaborative team through guidance, training, and mentorship.Duties
