TEAM LEAD - PERSONAL LINE DIGITAL SALES - REMOTE
Your success stems from developing and supporting an effective team of sales professionals. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets.
Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Remotely coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager
• Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
• Monitor and help assign leads to your team and make sure they are followed up on within required time guarantee
• Coach or assist with processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively.
• Coaching AEs on sales calls and up-sell products to new clients to contribute to the growth of the business.
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
• Manage and review reports
• Support team remotely by developing tools to assist the team with their work

The value you bring

• General Insurance Level 2 License required
• History of being a role model and leading by example when implementing initiatives and best practices
• Has or open to holding license across multiple provinces.
• Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
• Involvement in industry related associations and your community
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
