Key Responsibilities



Ensure full coverage of your territory, visiting stores weekly and executing the commercial strategy (planograms, pricing, inventory, POS). Guarantee flawless execution of the Picture of Success (PICOS) and submit accurate reports using our digital tools (CRM, mobile app). Act as the regional go-to person, providing support and field coaching to a team of ~5 representatives. Onboard, train, and support new hires, while reinforcing execution standards and performance indicators. Share field insights and escalate challenges, contributing to continuous improvement across territories. Coordinate regional initiatives and pilot projects in collaboration with the sales team. Drive alignment, consistency, and motivation within your local team to achieve objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile



2-5 years experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail (CPG/grocery preferred). 1-3 years of experience in team management or coaching. Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented. Strong knowledge of retail execution: planograms, shelf audits, secondary placements, PICOS standards. Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, mobile apps, reporting systems). Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Bilingual (French/English) -- required or considered an asset depending on territory.

Pour renforcer notre execution en magasin, nous batissons une equipe terrain de 12 representantes, incluant deux Team Leads responsables de leur territoire et d'une petite equipe regionale de pairs.


Imagine un role ou tu combines ton expertise en execution commerciale avec un role de leader regional. Tu seras a la fois ambassadeur(drice) de nos marques et coach inspirant pour ton equipe, en contribuant directement a la performance collective.

Responsabilites principales



Assurer la couverture complete de ton territoire, en visitant les magasins chaque semaine et en executant la strategie commerciale (planogrammes, prix, inventaire, POS). Garantir l'execution parfaite de la Picture of Success (PICOS) et soumettre des rapports fiables via nos outils numeriques (CRM, application mobile). Servir de personne-ressource regionale en soutenant et coachant une equipe d'environ 5 representant(e)s terrain. Accueillir, former et accompagner les nouvelles recrues, en consolidant les standards d'execution et les indicateurs de performance. Partager tes observations terrain et remonter les enjeux pour contribuer a l'amelioration continue des territoires. Coordonner certaines initiatives regionales et projets pilotes en collaboration avec l'equipe des ventes. Favoriser l'alignement, la coherence et la motivation de ton equipe locale pour atteindre les objectifs fixes.

Profil recherche



2 a 5 ans d'experience en representation terrain, vente ou marchandisage (produits de grande consommation/alimentaire un atout). 1 a 3 ans d'experience en gestion de personnel Tu es autonome et organise Excellente maitrise de l'execution retail : planogrammes, audits de tablette, placements secondaires, standards PICOS. A l'aise avec les outils numeriques (CRM, applications mobiles, systemes de reporting). Permis de conduire valide et vehicule personnel. Bilinguisme francais/anglais -- exige ou atout selon le territoire.
