About the Role:




We are seeking a

Team Lead, Employer Services,

to provide day-to-day leadership support within the Employer Services team while continuing to serve as a key point of contact for employers participating in the CAAT Pension Plan. In this role, you will provide technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and support the Manager, Employer Services in coordinating team activities and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will also lead the resolution of complex or escalated employer issues and contribute to critical processes such as contribution reconciliation, annual data collection, and member statement preparation.

As the Newest Member of our Team, You'll:



Provide day-to-day leadership support to the Manager, Employer Services by coordinating team activities, managing work priorities, and tracking service level agreements (SLAs). Mentor and train new and junior team members, acting as a role model and first point of contact for complex or escalated employer inquiries. Lead the relationship management for a portfolio of assigned employers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to support their successful administration of the CAAT Pension Plan. Conduct regular status meetings with employers to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Lead and participate in structured education and training sessions for employers, including one-on-one and group sessions as part of the Employer Education program. Perform and oversee key pension administration processes, including contribution reconciliation, annual data collection, and member statement preparation. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Policy, Member Services, IT) to resolve employer issues and support cross-functional initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plan provisions, pension legislation, and internal policies to ensure accurate and compliant employer support. Participate in process reviews, audits, and system updates to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
