Established in Halifax, NS, in 1996, Samuel & Co. has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its ten stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.

What will you do?

Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships Effectively train & coach the sales team Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

Experience:

Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
