Job Description
Assignment:
Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary replacement teaching position. Instructing in an Elementary French Immersion classroom Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Friday's Duties to commence January 19, 2026 and will continue until February 13, 2026, with the possibility of extension
Qualifications:
Experience teaching in an Elementary classroom would be considered an asset Candidates MUST demonstrate strong proficiency in French, and the ability to deliver instruction in a primary French Immersion environment Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment and positive team member Assessment literate Ability to use varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs Effective classroom management Commitment to ongoing professional growth
