Job Description
Assignment:
Full-time 1.0 probationary teaching position Courseload to include: Grade 7 & 8 Social Studies, English, and Language Arts, Social 10, Health, and CTS Duties to commence August 27, 2025 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
Qualifications:
Experience teaching in relevant levels and subjects as listed above would be considered an asset Strong interpersonal and professional skills Commitment to ongoing professional growth Passion for education and a commitment to student success Strong technology and 21st-century learning skills Effective classroom management that facilitates safe, caring, and inclusive spaces for all students Strong planning and organizational skills Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment and be a positive team member Ability to use varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs and abilities
