Overview

As an auto insurer, TD Insurance is obliged to provide to the regulators (IBC, GAA, and Facility Association) a large volume of information. We need to ensure the accuracy of the data, correct the errors and reconciling data with financial data on a regular basis.

The candidate will be responsible for sending data files, correcting errors sent to the regulatory bodies and updating several operational reports.

  • Validate and send the data files to the portals of the regulatory bodies: Insurance Bureau of Canada, Groupement des Assureurs Automobiles and Facility Association
  • Identify and correct any errors
  • Contact IBC or GAA as needed to validate how to correct errors
  • Validate month-end transactions to ensure complete submission to various regulatory bodies
  • Produce operational reports
  • Respect compliance standards and deadlines
Requirements
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous data entry work experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to adapt
  • Demonstrate autonomy and ability to self-develop
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships

Technical Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Proven knowledge of spoken and written French and English
  • Knowledge of general insurance (asset)
