As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

Duties

Safely operate a taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with luggage as needed. Navigate efficiently to various destinations using GPS or local knowledge to minimize travel time. Manage time effectively to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, maintaining schedules as required. Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change and receipts as necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the taxi vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during trips.

Experience

Proven experience in driving, preferably in a commercial driving capacity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse passengers. Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency during shifts. Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions is preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
