Taxi Driver (Full-time/Part-time)
We are looking for a reliable Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong customer service, and the ability to follow traffic laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a taxi, following all traffic laws. Pick up passengers and drop off at requested locations. Maintain a clean vehicle and perform routine checks. Handle payments (cash, debit/credit) and issue receipts. Assist passengers with luggage and answer questions. Use navigation systems for efficient routes. Keep records of trips (mileage, fares).
Requirements:
Valid Class 4 Driver's License (required in BC). Strong time management skills. Familiarity with payment processing and cash handling. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of local areas (preferred but not required).
Drivers will operate as independent contractors with vehicles provided by the company.
