Our client is a growing privately-owned company who specializes in developing and managing real estate properties. They are looking for a Tax Manager to add their expertise for their Finance function.

- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to various regulatory bodies.
- Assist, with the opportunity to take full responsibility of the research, tax practices and organizational structure to minimize tax liability over the long run; makes recommendations and leads implementation.
- Experience with foreign affiliate structures and reporting requirements is required.
- Working knowledge and expertise with US taxation would be beneficial.
- Ability to liaison effective with external legal counsel and advisors.
- CPA
- Possess CICA In-Depth or equivalent tax course or in progress
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Canadian and/or US tax compliance
$115,000 - $125,000/year
