We are currently searching for an energetic, motivated Tank Farm Processor to join our Team!

POSITION SCOPE:

Ensuring batches are transferred from mix to hold tanks and to the lines. Pump batches to holding tanks as required Sample and Unload chemical tankers into chemical holding tanks Ensure all batches are verified before pumping Document all activities on required paperwork Ensure all safety and Protective equipment is used at all times

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Insure the integrity of chemicals
• Handle all chemicals according to GMP regulations
• Document all activities on required paperwork
• Clean and sanitize tanks as required
• Follow all Safety Procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Work with mix tanks, pumps, hoses, versators and various compounding equipment
• Follow all GMP and SOP procedures
• Drive counterbalance, Raymond Reach and Dock Stocker lift trucks
• Stage, clean, and fill totes as required
• Prepare for customer and third party audits
• Provide chemicals as required for R&D
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as required to assist departmental requirements
• Overtime as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with high school diploma or equivalency required; Valid Stand-up Hi Reach Fork Truck license required

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/CONTACTS: some access to confidential or sensitive information; some internal interactions and/or some minor external interactions; purpose of internal/external contacts is not related to complex matters; no selling, negotiating, consulting, teaching/instructing, or advising; standard level of written and verbal communication skills required for successful job performance
