We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You will lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Duties
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and encouraging professional development.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards in all aspects of food handling.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices.
Experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced culinary environment.
Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
