Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

Proven minimum real two years of experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests.
