Talent & Recruiting Coordinator (Casual / Remote)

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and people-savvy Talent & Recruiting Coordinator to help us find and vet new team members -- primarily local entertainers, with the occasional search for other freelancers (like social media or ads specialists).

What You'll Do:

Source and reach out to entertainers (face painters, balloon artists, caricaturists, etc.) through social media and local networks. Screen applicants for professionalism, reliability, and quality of work. Help recruit and assess freelancers for marketing roles (social media managers, Google Ads specialists, etc.). Conduct short interviews or calls, collect samples/portfolios, and prepare shortlists for review. Keep candidate info organized and up to date.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has good judgment and intuition for people. Has strong communication skills -- friendly, professional, and comfortable calling people. Can write clear, professional messages and use social platforms confidently. Is self-directed and proactive -- can figure things out and run with them. Bonus: Has experience recruiting creative, event, or freelance talent.

Details:

Casual, flexible hours. Workload varies by project -- perfect for someone who enjoys occasional, flexible work that may grow over time. Remote. must be comfortable calling local candidates.
